Yardsales.com's purpose is to create an extremely effective local online enabled marketplace for yard, garage and estate sales that saves everybody - sellers and shoppers - time, money and effort.  Yardsales.com is the real, nationwide site for the sale of used things.  We fully enable traditional Yard, Garage, Moving and Tag type sales.  We are a great estate sale application that is incredibly comprehensive.  We enable sellers to reach out with valuable in depth information to shoppers in their local area and shoppers to use this information to save time, effort and better enjoy shopping the sales.   We are NOT an auction!

Shoppers and sellers can easily find each other! This includes antique stores, estate sales, thrift shops, individual items for sale (classified ads), yard/garage/tag/rummage/moving sales, re-sale, church and school sales.

Shoppers now have a way to see an extensive listing of sellers' items, find specific kinds of sales, search for a much sought after item or simply look through the listings, at photos, print a map and print your entire route with directions, all before you even get in your car! This is easier than clipping the three-liners in the newspaper and trying to figure out where the sales are!

Sellers list their type of sale, information about the sale, how and by what means they can contacted, list the items they want to sell, attach photos, and give a description of their "sales event,"  business, or specific item. This is all done online, at the seller's convenience.  Our basic service is free.

Yardsales.com is a supporter of the community.  We encourage the resale and recycling of used things. If there are leftover items from your sale, please donate those goods to local churches and schools or other charitable organizations.
